Grandparents really can have an influence on the spiritual lives of grandchildren – for good or for bad.
One of my grandparents always wanted me to be like my cousin – whom she saw as the perfect girl. I didn’t want to be like that cousin – I didn’t want to do what Grandma said either. It was a real turn off.
Later through better examples I came to know Christ and ultimately more like what my Grandmother wanted. Thank the Lord for more opportunities and examples!
